The Best Ad of All Time?
Before I go away for the weekend, I leave you with one very pertinent question: is this the best ad of all time? When you analyse the HUGE response to it, with it being blogged everywhere online and everyone talking about, you'd have to say yes. People wanted to watch it just because of how creative and beautiful it was. From an advertising and creative perspective, is there anything better?

The best publicised ad perhaps, but not the best. I can think of (at various times) the Flake lips, Michael Jackson for Pepsi, the crowds of people for British Airways and many more as being more memorable and communicative. The Sony ad is quite a strong brand enhancer, though and that it why I think it will stand the test of time. My favourite has to be the Kronenbourg 1661 of the French poodles replacing the greyhounds at the races...
